Custom Cake Inquiry

Complete this form to place your custom cake order with Elite Bakes. Please allow up to 3 business days for a response to your inquiry. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm availability, order details and payment. No order is confirmed until you have recieved written confirmation from us. • Orders must be placed a minimum of 2 weeks in advance. Rush orders are subject to availability and will require full payment upon confirmation.

• We do not offer cakes with alcohol or any recreational substances (infused or themed).

• We do not offer refunds after an order is placed.  However, if your event is cancelled and you notify us prior to making your custom cake, your payment may be used as a credit for another cake within two months of your initial order. 

• We are not liable for any damage that occurs after your order has been picked up or delivered. If we are responsible for any prior damage or mistakes, we will do everything in our power to remedy this in a timely manner. 

• Orders are not confirmed without a deposit. Clients will have up to 3 business days to provide a deposit once quote is provided unless otherwise discussed and agreed upon a specific date. After 3 days the requested date will be forfeited and you will have resubmit a form to place an order.
